Paul Drexler, Tour Director and Crime Historian

Paul developed the Crooks Tour with Kevin Mullen. He is a writer, humorist, game designer and crime historian. Paul designed and co-produced SFPD Homicide, an award winning interactive true crime CD-ROM game, now used to teach police procedures. Kevin Mullen (1935-2011), Former San Francisco Deputy Police Chief and Crime Historian

Kevin Mullen served for 26 years in the San Francisco Police Department and retired from the position of deputy chief. He wrote extensively about criminal justice matters and was known as the leading authority on San Francisco criminal history. Kevin was the author of four books on San Francisco crime.

Julie Marsh, Tour Manager

Julie Marsh, in addition to being Paul's wife and Michelle's mother, has been a producer, project manager, and director for over 15 years. She was the co-producer, media director and co-writer of SFPD Homicide.
She is handling the business end of Crooks Tour San Francisco.
